Pageboy Contact Centre was established in 1972. Since then it has provided a host of tailored options to meet our clients’ needs.

We are probably one of the first call/contact centres in Europe to provide a personalised, continuous, 24-hour, 365-days-a-year service. The quality of our service is evident in the number of years our clients have been using our service and continue to do so.

Pageboy Contact Centre was initially set up as a wide-area paging company for doctors in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway, and our service quickly attracted many different types of businesses.

We have clients who have been using our service continuously for 10+ years. Due to ongoing investment in our people and technology, we now offer a more extensive service that is tailored to each individual client’s specific requirements.

We provide our service to a wide variety of companies, from international household names to small family businesses.

Due to the nature of our business it is imperative that we have the highest quality and most reliable hardware & software systems installed.

With this in mind, we use Interactive Intelligence and Dell who are Global Market Leaders in their field.

Based on our 30 years experience in the Contact Centre industry we feel that we need to have a phone system in place that is specific to our needs and more importantly our client’s needs.

Our computer system which is supplied and managed by Dell allows us to work in the full knowledge that we have a quality product with backup that's there should we need it.

Our Contact Centre Software has been specifically written to meet our clients current requirements and also has additional features that may meet their future requirements. Our software fits in perfectly with our Dell Computer System and Network.
