Launching Our New Website
Well, what do you think? We’ve just launched our new website and so far, we’ve had fantastic and very positive feedback from customers and the general public so we are thrilled, well worth the investment.
The walk on info demo goes down a treat as it explains to everyone exactly what we can do for you.
We have had the chance to put up pictures of the team, expand on the explanations of our services, update the media articles written about us but most of all, shown you how good we know our business is and how you can avail of our services.

Facility Management Exhibition in the R.D.S
We were delighted to be able to take part in our first Facility Management exhibition and get such wonderful feedback. Some of our clients we got to meet face to face and also we got to meet and sign up new clients, very productive.
The atmosphere and general good vibe made it not only an interesting step into the unknown for us but also a worthwhile one. We would recommend you all to take a trip to the next one and you never know, you may just come across our stand and meet some more of the team.

Helping Hand
The trip to Lapland was a roaring success with Santa delivering as always an extra special present for everyone who was there.
We are delighted to be able to say that we have been involved with the charity Children to Lapland Appeal and so far the charity has done quite well.
Recent Floods & Bad Weather
During the recent floods we were happy to be able to play our part. Not only take calls for regional town councils / local authorities but to be in a position to dispatch the relevant personnel to deal with immediate issues arising from the floods.
Our centre was surely tested over the last couple of weeks especially with the bad weather. We were able to put in place emergency contingency plans for our customers while still coping very well with the additional influx of calls.
Public Sector Strikes
During these trying times for everyone concerned, we are being called on to aid our clients with dealing with caller’s issues as we are the face of local / regional authorities during these times.
Our main task is to inform callers that there is no one available due to the official on going strike but we will take their details and someone from the main office will be back to them in due course.
Announcements
We are delighted to be able to share with you that due to our ever-expanding customer listing, we can announce the recent arrival of 3 new staff members and fingers crossed if everything goes according to plan we will be doing the same next month so watch this space.
Our intention is to grow but not at the expense of our customers. We are proud to be able to say that we know each one of our clients personally and intent to keep it that way.
We will also be appointing a new Team Leader and this will be a bonus to the existing staff and clients alike. Good luck to everyone applying.
