ICSE Exhibition and Conference
We were delighted to take part in the ICSE Exhibition and Conference in City West this month. Not only was it our first time to exhibit at this type of exhibition but the contacts made and new customers taken on since then has been great.
It was a phenomenal success and we can’t wait to take part again next year. Well done to Ann and all the team who delivered on an exceptional event.

Facility Management Exhibition in the R.D.S
Again this year we took the opportunity to take part in this exhibition and as last year, it was a resounding success for us. Not only did we meet with some of our existing clientele but it also enabled us to sign up new clients.
The atmosphere was great with a good turn out on both days. It was another opportunity for us to see the market and what services are in demand.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Camille Doyle to our management Team. Camille joins us as Quality & Efficiencies Analyst. She brings with her a wealth of experience from the call centre industry spanning back over some time and has worked in many well known call centres in Dublin. With all her experience she will be an asset to the team and we welcome her on board.

Happy New Year to all !!
This has been some start to the New Year. With the weather being as bad as it was, a lot of our customers relied on us more than ever as with the severe conditions – there were major incidents and problems nationwide.
From plumbers to electricians, from property managers to facility management companies, from county councils to town councils, a lot of our emergency customers were affected by this nightmare but we were glad to be able to help.
Having to step up to the mark was a pleasure and our customers are still thanking us for going the extra mile – it’s what we do.
