Event Booking / Registration

Pageboy Contact Centre provides this service to many of its existing clients and has run many successful booking / registration campaigns, thus freeing up clients’ time for other pressing engagements.

Holding a specific event can be an important step in developing new customer relationships. We can help by maximising attendance at your business conferences or seminars while at the same time giving your customers the impression that they are dealing directly with you.

We will:

• Take individual/group bookings
• Inform callers of the event
• Give information about the event and directions on how to get there
• Take credit card details to confirm bookings

We also provide on-site staff to enrol the candidates as they arrive. This enables you to be free on the day and reassures you that candidates attending the seminar / conference are being registered and dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
