Medical Response Services

Pageboy Contact Centre has been providing emergency medical response services to a variety of medical companies for many years. Most of these companies are world leaders in their specific fields of expertise but some are general practioners too.

Callers range from individual people calling in with a medical emergency, to the medical profession querying certain drugs / drug doses.

It is imperative for all of these calls that the individual medical companies policies are followed exactly. This would range from taking the callers details to the exact product / drug type required. Time is of the essence so it is essential that calls are forwarded on immediately.

A specific on call rota is in place dependent on the product / drug required. All our staff have been trained in the importance of information gathering and passing on information. This is especially so as these can often be a life and death situation.

We also provide services for the ordering and delivery of specific drugs and collection / drop off of other products. Immediate back up procedures are put in place and come into effect especially in the event of a drug recall.
