Swine Flu

To date over 900,000 people in Ireland have been vaccinated against this pandemic and it is still being done, even though it is now in its final phase.

Pageboy Contact Centre services have been on high alert for some of our clients in the medical / pharmaceutical industries who have been involved with this medical emergency.

One of our main roles is to help reassure patients that enough vaccine is available to vaccinate all patients who require it. Also if they are experiencing side affects to this vaccine, the procedures patients must follow.

It is now starting to wind down since the intial vaccine start date back in October but our cleints still have in place this emergency contingency plans. The reason for this is in case they need to ramp up again for this pandemic.
