As we receive calls into the Pageboy Contact Centre from your customers, our computerised telephone system immediately makes key information relating to these customers available on screen for our contact centre representatives, before they answer your calls.
This key information is pre-entered and programmed to screen-pop on receipt of a call from individual callers. The information displayed is relevant to each of your individual customers.
This service has a multitude of different scenarios, e.g:
- Computerised Passenger Lift Monitoring
The location of the problem lift is displayed on receipt of an entrapment alarm. Before we answer the call we know the lift address.
- Security Alarms
On receipt of an alarm all the relevant details relating to the alarm location – type, key holder list, special instructions and procedure to follow – appear on screen.
- Customer-linked
Calls from individual customers can screen-pop their past order and credit history, the equipment they have, and the status of their maintenance contract.
- Software-linked
Calls from individual customers can screen-pop or direct our contact centre representatives into designated customer software.
