Pageboy Contact Centre has provided this service for many years now to customers who need the security of knowing that their staff are being looked after.
If it’s a health & safety check or a policy of certain companies, we will contact that staff member to make sure that everything is OK at an agreed time frame. Through automated tracking devices or specific monitoring devices, we can keep track of workers and make sure that everything is running according to plan.
Hourly checks / specific times frames would be agreed where the lone worker would have to log in so that we can see everything is running smoothly. If we did not receive a message at the agreed time we would then follow up with
On the off chance that we are unable to make contact with a lone worker, we would immediately bring into affect the back up procedures for dealing with this issue.
A listing of agreed personnel would be contacted until a response / contact was made with the staff member. On this occasion, a full and detailed report would be sent on to the management team to review the staff member involved or their policy, whichever the priority would be.
