The call process is very straightforward. We answer all your calls in your given company name and take specific details you require. Your customer is none the wiser that you have outsourced the telephone answering part of your business as everything is done exactly as you would do it yourself.

The customers full details and the reason for the call are taken and working from an agreed on call rota, we contact the relevant on call engineer for that issue and get him to follow up with the customer on this.

Only calls that are deemed to be an emergency will be passed over. All other calls the customer is informed that we have processed the call and that a member of the team will call them back the next working day. This cuts down on your overheads too.
