Fax to Email

Need a facility where faxes can be received but don’t necessarily want to have a fax machine – Pageboy Contact Centre has the answer.

With the latest technology, our phone system eliminates the need for a separate fax machine. This cuts down on your purchases for fax supplies - paper, ink or toner and costly maintenance should anything happen - it’s a more cost effective way of receiving faxes.

As well as being supplied with your own unique telephone number, we will also supply you with a separate number for inbound faxing. Once a fax is received our telephone system does the rest. It recognises that it’s a fax call and sends the information to a designated email address where the details of the fax are stored.

Depending on your requirements, we can forward on the fax details directly as an email or we can transcribe the details as if the fax has been received as a call – the decision is yours.

Our customers find this a very effective way as not only does it cut out the possibility of losing that information by misplacing the fax but its always at hand as it can be stored as an email.
